Gymnastics is great for everyone. All that it takes is determination. A few good things about gymnastics:
1.You can show off by flipping all over the place.
2.It's a great workout.
3.It's TONS of fun.
4. It helps you gain important life skills like accomplishment and determination.
5.It helps you gain flexibility and balance.
6.Anyone can do it.
Any of this sound good to you? If so you might want to consider turning off your computer and trying gymnastics. But believe me, gymnastics is hard and takes a lot of practice. If your thinking,"Oh, if it's hard,I won't bother trying.", you should try it out because not everything is hard. you could stand up right now,put your hands on the ground, and kick. Work on it and soon you'll be doing cartwheels and handstands.In conclusion,I say that gymnastics is great and that everyone deserves to give it a try because it may just change your life.
